Join Us At our 2010 Wellness Conference
This year's topic is "Healthy Ways to Prevent a Stroke". The conference takes place on September 29th from 9:15 am to 3:00 pm at Knox Church. Cost is $15 and includes lunch provided by Stratford Northwestern Secondary School.

Did you know? Stroke is the 4th leading cause of death in Canada. Forty to fifty thousand Canadians experience a stroke every year; 15% die and 75% are left with some degree of difficulty.
This educational event will provide you with an opportunity to learn about stroke prevention from experts in the field. We will address stroke prevention from the perspective of managing stroke risk factors. Content for this workshop is based on the stroke prevention sections of the Canadian Best Practice Recommendations for Stroke Care.
