In January 2011 three well known community organizations came together as ONE CARE Home and Community Support Services.
ONE CARE provides a range of supportive care services that enable seniors and people with disabilities to enjoy a good quality of life as they age at home.
Services include - Personal Care, Home Support, Adult Day Programs, Assisted Living, Respite, Nursing, Social Work, Telephone Reassurance, Lifeline, Friendly Visiting, Home At Last, Exercise and Wellness, Dining and Social Programs, Meals on Wheels, EasyRide Transportation and Footcare. These programs help older people and people with health challenges to live at home within a network of support and in a caring community.
ONE CARE is your community based, charitable, not-for-profit health organization providing supportive care to families in Huron and Perth Counties and surrounding area.
For over 40 years we've been committed to providing quality services that enable or extend the ability of seniors or persons with disabilities to remain safely in their homes and active in their communities.
Serving more than 5,000 clients in Huron, Perth and surrounding area and supported by 300 staff members and 1,100 volunteers.
